Real Estate Certificate

To be eligible to apply for a real estate salesperson license, an individual must be a citizen of the U.S. or a lawfully admitted alien, at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Texas. BEFORE you apply for a license, please visit the Texas Real Estate Commission website  www.trec.texas.gov  to see qualifications regarding honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.

Students must furnish the Texas Real Estate Commission with evidence of successfully completing 30 hours in each of the following 6 courses:
  -Real Estate Principles and Practices I
  -Real Estate Principles and Practices II
  -Real Estate Law of Agency
  -Real Estate Law of Contracts
  -Real Estate Finance
  -Real Estate Promulgated Forms
