FIRT 2007 - Instructor II (TCFP)

Course Description

This is an online course with a one day, on-site skills training and testing day at Kilgore College in Kilgore (the last day of class). Instructor II certification requires students to hold Instructor I certification before applying for Instructor II certification. Students may take the course with less than three years certification, take the state exam, and apply for their IFSAC Seals. Once the three year mark has been reached, they may then apply for certification through TCFP. Students may choose to take both Instructor I and II at the same time.

The course is taught in the Fall and in the Spring.

This course requires the purchase of online access to the curriculum. Students may choose to purchase the access with or without a physical textbook.
